Using the tried and tested method of forum theatre, Unlimited have delivered customer service and diversity training into organisations in the public and private sectors both as live theatre interventions and as short films. Forum theatre presents participants with a ‘parallel universe’ scenario with a problematic ending and invites them to work out a better resolution – which the actors then try out. It's an enormously effective tool for dealing with sensitive, complex situations in a safe and open way.
